Hey party people. I’ma gonna write a post.

Been kinda checked out the last couple of days. Gearing up to drive to New Hampshire to attend a July 5th house party. A good time should be had.

New Pod up today, a fun interview with writer/speaker/filmmaker Angela Shelton. Listen you must.

Found out that I need my crown replaced (the same one I got earlier this year.) Yay?

For the past two weeks I’ve been taking an online class, Creating Space for the Sacred. Our goal is to sit down every day to quiet our minds. I suck at this, normally. We do guided breathing and meditation exercises. It works! This was clear when I was getting a filling Wednesday morning, breathing came much easier than usual. I was able to calm myself instantly. Through Breathing! Weird, huh?

That’s enough. Time’s a wasting and I have some chores to do!
